Assessing the Employee Well-Being and Performance in Small-Sized Construction Organization

Performance in paid work has for many years been studied as an important form of individual and group behavior, with researchers practitioners often aiming its enhancement through job design, staff selection development, or shaping managerial style organizational culture. In parallel this interest performance, psychologists employment settings have also worked to understand the sources consequences well-being, motivation performance. These three variables are examined together assessing employee well-being small-sized construction organization Ekiti State. Employee is considered tool enhancing worker’s performance sector not exception. It empirically established that positive impact on Moreover, empirical studies shown decreasing globally. This study therefore aims at demanding working environment industry factors which lead employees being troubled. The researcher was opinion improved can significantly improve productivity. Quantitative research design employed same questionnaire administered population covered. Random sampling techniques were used select sampled from a selected State, Nigeria. Purposive administer questionnaires various employees. 75questionnaires collectively 70 filled returned constitute 93.3% success rate. Questionnaire designed Likert scale 1-5.
